In Term 3, the Year 6 students organised a fundraiser event to raise funds for “FIGHT MND“, a charity working toward finding effective treatments and ultimately a cure for Motor Neurone Disease (MND).
Students and staff were invited to purchase a Big Freeze beanie from Bunnings or Coles and wear them to school for the day. Or, they could wear a beanie from home and bring in a gold coin donation.
Together, the students and staff raised over $600.
