Uniform Shop Terms & Conditions

Please read all Terms & Conditions and our Returns Policy before placing your order.

Acceptance
All online orders received by Regent College Uniform Shop for the supply of goods shall constitute acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.

Upon acceptance of these terms and conditions by the Client, the terms and conditions form a binding contract.

Price and Payment

• Prices shown are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable.
• All prices are subject to change without notice.
• All payments MUST be received before the order can be processed.
• All online payments must be made by credit card.

Delivery of Goods
All goods are supplied and delivered in ‘Brand New Condition.’

During the school term, online orders will be processed within 5 working days.

If the items ordered are out of stock, we will arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you.

Unless otherwise arranged, the items ordered will be delivered to students in the classroom. Personal pick-up is available from the school’s administration during office hours. Please email the uniform shop if this is the preferred delivery method after placing the order.

Returns and Exchange
We are happy to exchange incorrect items as long as they are returned to us in their original, unused, and unwashed condition, with proof of purchase (sales receipt), and with sales tags attached within 7 business days. Shirts, jumpers, and socks must be returned in their original undamaged packaging in new condition.

Should a refund be required, the refunded amount shall be returned to your credit card.

Cancellation/Refund
Please choose carefully, as Regent College will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind.

Defects
Please check your purchases when they arrive home. Should you notice any alleged defect with the product or shortfall in quantity, please contact the uniform shop in writing (email) within 7 business days of delivery with your complaint. Faulty goods must be returned to the uniform shop for examination within 7 business days of delivery.

If the Purchaser fails to comply with these conditions, the goods shall be presumed to be free from any defect or damage.

Any alleged defects will need to be examined by the supplier prior to being either replaced or repaired

Warranty
Where a warranty applies to a product, it will be the current warranty provided by the manufacturer of the goods. Regent College Uniform Shop shall not be bound by nor responsible for any terms, conditions, representations, or warranty other than that which is given by the manufacturer of the goods.

Shop Information and Content
Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and may vary from products depicted or described.

Regent College may, at any time, add or remove content from the shop without notice.

Any articles, information or content published on the shop must be read subject to these terms.
