Parental Visits During School Hours
If parents are assisting in classrooms or visiting the College during school hours (excluding assemblies or presentation events), we request that parents please:
- Call at the office first to inform the administration and obtain a visitor’s badge.
- Let the class teacher know ahead of time if you are planning to take your child early from school.
- Please call at the office as you leave and return your visitor’s badge.
In addition, parents are asked to please refrain from waiting on school grounds after the 8.30am bell on mornings (no later than 9am) and before 2.45pm on afternoons. Additionally, if families can please ensure that they have exited school grounds before 4pm, other than those associated with After School Care or participation in scheduled school programs.
